On the 21 August 2013 I called Absa Life requesting a copy of my Policy. I spoke to Lebogang who promised to email it the same day, but did not. On the 22 August I called and explained to Kgolofelo who inquired from Lebogang about the Policy and explained that I have been waiting for it since the previous day, then I could hear Lebogang in the baground calling me a stupid client who was fabricating a story. I asked Kgolofelo about it when he got back on the phone, and he apologised for Lebogang, note, he agreed that Lebogang called me a fool and promised to speed up the process in a manner of an apology. But up until today, I am still waiting. Thanks and Regards
