Samsung S4 - Smart S Contract

On Saturday the 16 November I took out a Vodacom Smart S contract with the Samsung S4 phone.

After taking out the contact I never received any anytime or data. I was only informed a few days days later that there was a problem with the Smart S contract and should be resolved in 48 hours.

In the meantime i had to purchase my own data and airtime which is unacceptable as the package taken out should be now be forthcoming.

It is now 5 days later and still no airtime or data has been loaded on my contract.

Under these circumstances I should be reimbursed for my unnecessary costs incurred to date and inconvenience of travelling back to forth to Vodacom.

This is unacceptable service from Vodacom.

The sales consultants hands are tied as he is waiting on head office.

This needs to be sorted out immediately.
