I reported some serious lag on my pc on the 29th May 2013, and was told that the technical support would investigate. I am unsure of the history of the fault, but was informed 2 days later they found a synchronisation fault, and reset the equipment. This still persisted, and I phoned them back again to report no change in the performance, as I kept switching between HSDPA and 3G, meaning their was something wrong with the transmission of data. Again, 2 days later phoned and I said I would monitor as it still seemed laggy. I then phoned the Technical Support Desk to tell them I was getting irritated by their lack of response to a fault, and when getting through to the Technical Support Desk, the operator did not know what synchronisation was. What the heck is the person doing there? The link is dropping packages, and failing to Synch properly, how complicated is it to repair a fault that is now 14 days old. Once my package is over I will be moving to another service provider that can hopefully be more competent than the lack of initiative I've received from you.
