Vodacom The worst worst service ever!!

I do a lot of work from my phone I tried to buy once of data bundles from my phone a few times in the last two months so that I don't have to pay out of bundle rates. Their app on my phone says bundle purchased successfully but when you get your account you pay for it but it was never loaded so im paying for something I never used and this month i have to pay a ridiculous amount for out of bundle rates which is wrong on so many levels. When I talked to the call centre they said it was a technical problem the call centre also logged a dispute for me two days ago about this after which I got an sms saying they would contact me back in 24 hours IT NEVER HAPPENED! In the meantime ive called the call centre several times which takes hours and is demotivating for anyone and really is a complete waste of time because everyone story is different and their favourite thing is to put you through to someone else. They have locked my phone because of a credit limit which a few of them confirmed I havent reached yet even with the dispute i Logged. 3 of them even said to me my they unlocked my phone as we spoke. its still locked Ive kept recordings of everything want to send it to the Ombudsman!
