Near impossible to buy data!!

I have a Smart Standard package and ran out of data and wanted to buy more data in the form of another once-off bundle to see me through the month, but with Vodacom this nearly impossible to do! The first callcentre "consultant" (lindiwe) told me that i cannot buy a bundle on my contract package and that I'll have to pay out-of-bundle rates for data till the end of the month when my contract data bundle starts again for the month. So the next day i tried the callcentre again and this time i was "helped" with a "promo" bundle purchase that i was told will be active within 24 hours by Melissa. When it wasn't active after the 24 hours i called again and this time they told me the 24 hours isn't up yet and i must wait! I called again the 4th time now and only to be told that the Melissa consultant enabled the wrong promo and a "Sammy " finally have sorted it out now seems like it and i have my requested data now at the full price i might add! So the so called promo they running doesn't exist for me! I have been a Vodacom subscriber for more than a decade and have multiple contracts with them and i have never had such bad customer service in my life from them! INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!
