I called the call centre to ask if its possible for the cell provider to transfer the airtime which i loaded to a number that i don't use anymore the consultant was so rude she treated me like am stupid and her tone of voice was very rude, she told me that since i have loaded the airtime purposely she wont assist me asked to be transfered to a team leader she said their in a meeting and asked for the team leader's email she gave me her email and said she will refer my query to them in a manner that said you will do what i say, i really don't like how she treated me cause i am not stupid i just made a mistake of not double checking which number i was loading as both numbers are saved on my system. I didn't see their complaints link on their website hence i am complaining he
