Ad attitude and billing from c insurance

I am very angry with the attitude from the call centre consultants from C Insurance. I called in to check if my debit order has gone through. Was told it has go through and asked when did it go through was told today went on to ask the consultant why was it done for today when i requested for it to go through on the 25th of each month. She drops my call. I had to call again got an attidute from the guy that was helping. I asked him to put me through to his team leader and he puts me on hold and comes back to me a few mins later to say i told you is what my team leader is going tp say so no need for me to put you through. I told him i don't need to speak to him i need to speak to his team leader and then eventually he puts me through. The team leader said his going to get back to me which i'm still waiting for the call
