My problems all started when I simply wanted to activate BIS. I loaded airtime and then called the call centre on 25th June for assistance. The lady asked me to choose the once off reoccurring (option 3) which I have, only to find that that option was for BB10. My R57 airtime was taken and I could do nothing with my BB. I phoned back only to be told that I need to load more airtime as my airtime is now gone to a BB10. I spent hours trying to sort this out with the consultants. From 7 - 11pm and still got no joy. I eventually had to log in a complaint and was told that I will be notified in 48 hrs. When I didnt get any response, I phd back on Thursday only to be told that my case is still being sorted out. I phoned back on Saturday and was spoken to a consultant with a very bad attitude. Wanting to speak to the Team Leader, they put me through to somebody posing as a Team Leader that promised to listen to the recorded phone call and get back to me. nobody phoned back, When I phoned back I was told that there was no person by that name that works there. I still haven't been seen to. I am so frustrated. I will be phoning Wendy Knowler to handle my complaint cos Cell C dont want to.
