MTN still billing

I started a contract with MTN on the 4th of February 2011. In March 2011 they billed me for February and March. In January 2013 we contacted them not to renew the contract. On the 21st of February 2013 i received airtime, sms and data bundle from them and on the 22nd of February they took it away and moved my number onto prepaid. That month they billed me for a full months service and now in March they are still billing me. We went to Town Centre MTN where we took out the contract and the 2 ladies and 1 guy employed there was so rude when we enquired why they are still billing me and would not assist us. I then contacted their call centre on the 1/04/2013 and spoke to Nceba Mbambi who was very rude to and gave us attitude. I requested to speak to a team leader and her team leader Ronalle Mooroodasen refused to speak to me. I asked Nceba about the airtime, sms and data bundle that was taken away and she said that I used it. I asked her to which number and she could not tell me because she dont know. I have only used 25 sms's or more twice or thrice so how could I use it all in 1 day. I have been with MTN for years but I am utterly disgusted at the service I received from them now.
