Missing airtime funds, no clear explanation

I have recently taken up a contract with MTN, my package in 200 topup. on biling i got R200.00 airtime and 25smses with no data. i had to email Francois and team to get the data 150 MB data loaded the next day. on the 18/09 i had R120.00 and odds and 99MB of data available, i was ont my face book during the day loading pics and later in the day check my balance and i had 516KB left of data my airtime still available. i tried making a call after 6pm in the day and it said insufficient funds, i thought it was some system error, i called mtn 808 number in the evening and agent Lerato told me that i had made a Voice call at 14h00 of duration of 38mins, but cant review the cell number i called. this was puzzling to me as she told me they cant send me the transaction which will show the number i called at a charge of R21 pm meaning they will see it when i pay for it, i refused and the next today 19/09 i email Francois and his team, with the same complaint as i didn't make that call, and on the calls i made i dd int talk for more than a min that day. They replied, that it was data, which used the airtime. when i asked why the agent said voice call and now they saying data, got no reply.
