Once again I am unable to load your airtime

I bought R200 worth of airtime. Unlike my previous problem I had with loading your airtime, this time its even worse as I am also unable to talk to your call centre. The customer care number which is provided on your airtime voucher: (24 or 080033), does not work either.
Your message says the number you dialed does not exist.
When I dial the 241 for your Top Up menu, I am asked to enter the cell number and then the number is verified.
Then the voucher number. which I enter and then im told the voucher number you have entered is invalid.
This is exactly the same problem I had the last time I tried to get the airtime loaded.
Only this time I cant complain to your call centre.
The previous occasssion when I had a problem loading your airtime, your systems were down and no one knew how long it would take to fix.
It was eventually loaded by your company after my complaint on Hello Peter. So please call me and have it loaded. I am not about to waste the R200 (which is for my 87 year old mother)
