On 09 Jan 2014 I phoned the Cell C contact Centre to query my balance and I was assisted by Nomsa Mthembu at 15:16 who told me that "their system has not yet updated" on what happened to my funds. I then requested her to call me back, she went to confirm if she could from her (Regina Rampolokent) Team Leader. I was put on hold for at least 5 minutes, after having confirmed from the Team Leader she promised me that her Team Leader will be in contact with me by 15:30. After having realized that time is against me and no one's taking my query seriously, I then phoned them again at 16:28 and spoke to an agent (Zama Mlambo) who was RUDE and told me that their Team Leaders are never on the floor to assist them. Zama never provided me the opportunity to speak to one of their superiors and also promised me that her Team Leader will be in contact with me "as soon as she's done with what she's doing". On both occasions I was not assisted.
