Debiting my Account on a cancelled contract

In April my 8ta account was cancelled and I moved over to Telkom ADSA. In September I was billed for an 8ta account that I do not have. On the 25th September I sent an email to 8ta raising the complaint and I did receive a missed call from 'Nkuli' but the number she left was never answered (I tried phoning several times). on the 30th September I received an email as follows ' ...5296307with contact number :0828521171 was logged on 2013/04/22 2:43:50 PM that a lady whom the contract is written under asked that their internet 5 promo package be reactivated.' My wife and I have asked for confirmation of this but we have been ignored. The last email I received from Telkom Mobile was dated 2 October and stated 'We have requested feedback from our network department and we will provide you with feedback.' but alas no feedback.

All I would like is the money paid back into my account.
