I applied for a Mobile contract online on 28th Oct. On 29th Oct the contract payment amount was debited from my account by Telkom Mobile. This is an indication that my contract was approved. I have not received feedback from Telkom Mobile regarding the delivery of my device or the status of the contract. I have tried contacting the Telkom mobile call centre 081 180 but nobody seems to know what I am talking about. There is apparently no contact number for online sales. How pathetic!

Money is being deducted from my account, I have not received the device or sim yet and its already more than a week gone, and nobody bothers to provide me with feedback.

I need answers please or I am going to cancel this contract!!!
