Contract extension without my consent

On Monday I got message that my contract has been extended without my consent, then I called Vodacom customer care centre of which I was advised that the matter will be investigated and I will get feedback within 24hrs and its been 5 days and I haven't received any feedback, then on Tuesday I got a message that the phone will be delivered to me, I called again with the reference no: s3-t403w-wiv72 and totally my account has been debited with a total amount of R240.00. This is totally unacceptable.
