Cancellation of contract not honoured

I took a contract in March 2013, in April 2013 (following month) I requested to cancel it as I was unhappy with the service and encountered glitches with network, and reporting anything to the callcentre is a mission. Since April I have been thrown from post to pillar, I have requested settlement amount numerous times, I have made phonecalls, I have written e-mails, but I'm not geting joy as this network is not serving me. This is the 6th month I have requested for this. Subsequently I have done a stop order at the bank and have advised 8.ta/ Telkom mobile about this as I have requested for all the monies owed to them. I settled this account, number has not been changed to pre-paid so I can be able to port back to my network. Telkom Mobile is still debiting my account.
