After I started calling the 8ta Call centre last month already asking for my Internet promo 5 to be cancelled. I phoned 4 times already from 0817005908 and sent two email as well. I phoned the call centre again to verify if my contract was cancelled. There is no person in the call centre that can cancel the deal. They only give a email adress to whom you must email your request but there is no reply. Today it was a new story. Their new procedure is I need to go to the store and cancel it there. Wow! I was also advised that once the contract expire it will auto cancel after 24 months but now I hear again it continues on a month to month basis. What is the moral of the story. Dont join telkom on a contract cause they are useless. I asked now for a ADSL line to be installed at my home. I almost feel like canceling this as well cause the one service was suppose to stop and then the ADSL to take over afterwards. I will not pay you guys for one more month on the internet promo package. I do have proof that I have cancelled and there will be trouble if you debit me again.
