TERMINATION/DISCONTINUATION OF A CONTRACT

I had a contract with 8ta which started on the 16/03/2011 and was due to expire on the 16/03/2013, however 8ta is still debiting the instalments on my account after I have send them an email on 01/03/2013 to terminate my contract as from the date it expire, but 8ta did not comply. They continued to debit my account even after the email I have send to them, I received a reply from Felicia Muketi on the same date I send an email 01/03/2013 which reads:

She addressed an email to [Email Removed] as she is working at [Email Removed] and I never received feedback from anyone nor my contract was cancelled. 8ta is still debiting my account. I would like to be refunded the money they debited from me in April and in May and my contract to be terminated as I stated on 01/03/2013.
