Telkom has done it again. I cant wait for my contract to end with this company and will never do business with them again. In September I requested for my debit order to be cancelled because Telkom mobile was billing me incorrectly, so I was going to calculate what I must pay n pay it myself because they were not able to do a correct billing. I called their call centre and I was told it was canceled. The end of September I waited to be debited because someone told me they wont cancel the debit order but I was never debited until the 11th of October and I made a manual payment. I sent my proof of payment to joseph and I asked him if my debit order was cancelled, he said yes n he will reinstate it and I asked him to leave it that way. I will make manual payments from then. So on the 27th of October I paid R388 when I was suppose to pay R385. today they debited my account with R385 n I did have any money in my account, now my bank has charged me R138, I need that money to be paid to my bank account because its Telkom mobile fault that I was charged that money. I can forward my bank statement
