Incorrect debting of account

On Monday 29th July 2013 I had lodged a query with Telkom Mobile as my account was incorrectly debited. I spoke to Chantel who checked the account and confirmed that it was in good standing but could not tell me why the amount was debited. She said she had to query it and will provide feedback.

She said it will take up to 72 hours to receive feedback and another 5 - 7 working days for the money to be refunded!!

We had heard nothing further. Upon following up this morning, we were told that the call was ONLY LOGGED YESTERDAY!!! ~

This is totally unacceptable as firstly, MY MONEY is sitting with TELKOM MOBILE and I have to WAIT for feedback, MAKE the calls myself and RECEIVE NO FEEDBACK FROM TELKOM MOBILE!!!
