I'M ACTUALLY GETTING QUITE TIRED OF COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME COMPANY. IT'S FRUSTRATING. I WAS INFORMED THAT I WILL BE PAYING R645 FOR MY BILL WHEN MY CONTRACT IS R369 AND I HAD ASKED FOR IT TO BE CAPPED SO THAT I WILL NOT BE PAYING MORE THAN I AM SUPPOSED TO BE PAYING. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT IT I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS BEING BILLED FOR SEPTEMBER AS WELL. I HAD ONLY RECEIVED MY HANDSET ON 29 SEPTEMBER 2013, MY NUMBER WAS PORTED IN OCTOBER SO HOW CAN I BE CHARGED FOR SEPTEMBER??? I WAS NOT INFORMED OF ANY ADDITIONAL COST WHEN TAKING OUT THE CONTRACT. I WAS INFORMED THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT IMMEDIATELY AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME FEEDBACK BUT THE MONEY WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS PATHETIC SERVICE AND THIS NETWORK.
