This is the second report I am writing about the same problem. MTN billed me twice for a 1 GB and they chardge me evry month for 150MB and that 150MB never gets loaded. I got this contract in May 2013 and from that time I have been billed for a service that I do not rceive. Further more my September billing query took them 3 weeks to resolve and I had to keep calling in to find out the progress of the actual query. Now in October they have billed me again twice for a 1GB and they have not credited me for the 150MB that are billed on my invoice since May. I called the call centre 4 times in a period of 2 weeks and every consultant tells me the query has been escalated. Nothing is being an I am tired of calling to find out when this will be resolved and this is utter nonsense. They still debit the incorrect amount without a care to resolve the query.
