INCORRECT BILLED AFTER QUERY LODGED 22/1

Why am I still incorrectly billed after, phone calls, requested? I will stop my debit order not to go through.
I demand for the query I lodged 221 for VODACOM incompetent behaviour to stop and give customer service and resolve this matter. YOu don't have a complaints departement and your attitude!!!
HOW can you not refund a client her money when you are at fault!!!
I want my R99 back that was incorrectly billed to my account ivo you given our number to someone else even after we were RICA.

I realy hope you can resolve this matter, if not I will take this further.
