I have put in a complaint on the 01-06-2013, that I was being billed for smart data (internet usage). nothing has been done to try and resolve the complaint. I left it for a while waiting to see what was going to happen, the first call I got from Cell C was when I never paid the account. 05-08-2013 The man that called was so rude and told me that he will be blocking the line. the next morning I called again to sort out the query and yet nothing happened, so I logged another query with them. I have called 07-08-2013, again the 08-08-2013 and told that I will have an answer before the end of the day for the query that was outstanding since June. I heard nothing, on the 12-08-2013 I called again and then I was promised that the supervisor would call me before the end of the day, and guess what NOTHING. I have been over billed by R770.30 since January 2013, but I must pay the account and Cell C never sorts out the query. I am not willing to pay the account until this is resolved.
