Trying to report faulty pole on road

We tried to file a faulty pole that must be repaired as it on the road. The operator from Telkom customer service was not able to help us at all and also had a bad attitude. We tried to give the location of the faulty pole but the operator said that she cant help us because we dont have a stand number or address. (There is no stand number or address on a public road R545 between Ogies and Kriel, 17.5 Km from Ogies on the way to Kriel). We are constructing a new road and want to report the problem so that it can be fixed and at the moment from the construction company side, it is our responsibility to keep the road safe as the pole may cause accidents to the road users.
