Incorrect billing not being attended to

I have logged a billing query with cell c - logged 06.05.2013 (Ref 3050600200) - I was told it would take 48 hours to resolve, then 7 days and now every time I phone the matter is being escalated . not sure how many freaking times the call centre agents wants to escalate the matter but its still not being resolved. How can it take a month to sort? its simple... cell c did not load the correct amount of data on my account and billed me for it.. now refund the incorrect billing. I cannot see how this can be that difficult to sort - seriously!
