Over debited but error not fixed

Perhaps someone from here can help me? it appears when i call the call-centre they do not get back to me like they say they will. Problem: i got billed incorrectly, my account is never more than R600 because it does not allow me to go over that however for September's account i was billed R758, where they got the extra R180 from i don't know so i immediately logged a call for it to be corrected (this was 10/10/2013 so i waited till 10 working days pasted and then i called the call-centre to follow up on my case number (22/10/2013) (case number: 6864952) they said it was closed, the lady said she would call me back but it's the 28/10/2013 and i still have no response so i went to my bank to reverse the debt order because i cannot afford it, no one has called me since. So i'm expecting a call from 8ta to arrange for the correct amount to be debted off my account on the 15 November including last month's amount. Can you help with that?
