Vodacom incorrectly over billed me for December by nearly R1000.00. I have been phoning the account queries number 2-3 times a week since February. Every time i phone the matter is "escalated" & i am promised that i will receive the money that was debited from me within 7-14 working days. Every time i call back to check up on the progress i am informed that the case has not been resolved & has been handed over for investigation & then closed as "it is not an accounts matter". I am a single mother of a 5 year old boy & cannot afford to be out of pocket by such a large amount & then still be shunted from pillar to post every time i phone.
I have now been informed that another lady's account cancellation or something of that nature is being billed to my number that i have had for over 10 years??
Vodacom please fix your mistake & stop making me & my son suffer to pay for your inefficiencies/admin inadequacies.
I have again been assured a call back by COB today. This is the umpteenth time i have heard this.
YOU INCORRECTLY DEBITED () MY MONEY VODACOM, ITS SIMPLE. PAY ME BACK SO I CAN BUY MY SON'S WINTER UNIFORM & HE CAN STOP CRYING ABOUT BEING COLD AT SCHOOL EVERY DAY!!!
