Closed Account, Bad Credit on ITC (Acc:43948176000)

Hi

i closed my telkom account on two occations as i moved the line onto my mothers name (The first time my account wasn't closed and i was billed again).

I was advised by telkom in the call on the 26th of March 2013 that even though i was billed an additional R333 though i had closed my account that if i paid that amount i would have no further dealings with telkom. The call on the 26 March at 13:22, the 11th minute into the call as i have the call, i was advised i would just need to pay the R333 and i would have no further dealings with telkom!!

I paid the amount only to go on the net next month to see that i had another amount outstanding of 243. i phoned again on the 16th April only to find out that my account had not been closed and therefore billed again. i advised the agent that i won't be paying that amount as i was told i would not need to pay again. (Call Ref 76790745A) and said it was fine.

Now i find that i have bad credit when "Bad debt Written Off" against my name!!! I shall take this matter to court because this has seriously inconvienicned my life having this one bad thing against my name for the next two years!!! You will be hearing from my lawyers!
