Billing incorrect

After having the 8ta contract for a few months I have been billed incorrectly twice.
September 2013 I was billed double.
November 2013 I was billed R1184 instead of R499. After speaking to the call centre manager I was told that the money will be refunded after 8 to 10 days.
So money was from my account and I need to wait for a refund.
Service at 8ta and there finance department is not great.
