Still getting billed for cancellation

On 9 October 2013, I cancelled my Telkom landline and ADSL line. I was told that it would take thirty (30) days from date of cancellation notice, to cancel the account, and that I would be billed pro-rata for the month of November. Ref: TOC595462013

In November, I received a bill for the full amount. I called Telkom and queried this. They said that the amount would be refunded. The money was taken from my account, by a debit order. It has yet to be refunded.

Today (9 December 2013), I received yet another bill for the month of December -for the line which was cancelled in October! Thus it will come off my bank account at the end of December.

The Telkom call centre is useless, and there is no way to email or speak to someone directly. I went to the Telkom store, and was told to call the call centre.
Thus, I am now using Hello Peter, and DO NOT want a response which says they are 'looking into it'.
