This is my second report for the same billing errors, firstly I am being billed for a number that I never had and secondly nobody ever gives you feedback. I logged this case in January 2013, after 6 month's I'm still being billed for the same number that never existed. Each and every time I call the call centre, I am being told someone from the Back Office will call me, however this never happens. At thi presnt moment I am not in a position to keep using 8TA further, because all they provide is Service.
