8ta keeps screwing up peoples debit orders and doing their own thong from day one, I don't know if its the hiring of inexperienced people or low /no communication amonst the departments when you call to follow up no one knows anything about the previous call you made or you give a contact number so someone can call/email you back nobody responds soi this make this I don't care company, I just want money that's the message I'm getting from 8ta.

I took out 3 R99 blackberry contracts with an agent by the name of Nthabiseng based at eastgate, I was incorrectly billed from day one for 4 months I called the agent no response I eventually got hold of her email adress and sent her my complaint, a case was logged then all of a sudden 8ta debited R198 intead of R297 I called 8ta call centre to follow up what was the problem I was told the simcard are billing process are being sortout several months later 8ta debits R2300 from my account, I called the call centre I was told I have 4 phones according to the system and the system has cancelled one and that's the amount due, I asked where did the other phone come from and who authourised this til to date no response very off.
