Calling Vodacom's (NON EXISTENT) Customer Care is a NIGHTMARE. Spending TWO HOURS on the phone trying to resolve an inquiry or cancel a contract, is ridiculous! And then the problems is still not solved!

- Original contract 072 645 6173 expired 10/2013 and was cancelled 09/2013 with a month's notice. Reason for cancellation: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! (See below) The contract is STILL active and she is STILL billed!!

Vodacom Direct sold my Mom telephonically 3 contracts with the agreement that she could cancel within 7 days, which she did.
- Contract 076 151 7608 was sold to her in 02/2012. It was cancelled and package collected. She is STILL billed!
- Contract 071 676 5837 and 071 676 6110 was sold to her in 02/2013. It was cancelled and we battled MONTHS for Vodacom to collect. We delivered the package to Vodaworld in September 2013. She is STILL billed!

The lady at Vodaworld was not helpful and clearly irritated with us!

Vodacom's service is PATHETIC!!! WHAT must one do to be assisted?? My Mom has been battling far over a year to have these problems resolved...
