Cancelled my contract but still getting billed

I canceled my contract more than two months ahead of my contract expiry, received a email from Vodacom that I will be contacted in 24 hours, 3 and a half weeks later I get phoned and then they want to upgrade.

Since then I have had 4 such calls to upgrade.

Now I still get billed, I raised a complaint and now I'm told they could not reach me and that they will cancel my account at the end of this month. Adding another months billing.

My main reason for cancellation is their bad response and not looking after their customers in the first place, now they even prove how bad they are and bullies the customer in just taking ones money.
