Being billed for a cancelled contract

I cancelled a contract within 7 days of receiving it due to vodacom not using my existing prepaid number. two months later im still being billed. After calling in twice and confirming the account has been cancelled and my money will be refunded, i get billed again the end of September.
Customer Care cannot even pick up a active contract on my name.
