Still charged on a cancelled contract

My vodacom contract was upgraded at the Sunnyside store in Pta on 1 July 2013. I have since lodged a claim and I was refunded by Vodacom for the upgrade. I cancelled this contract at the same time due to the and due to the fact that this 2 year contract had expired on 30 June 2013. I sent a cancellation letter and I went into the Sandton vodacom customer centre and cancelled it with your consultant, Portia. I have now noticed that Vodacom has started debiting my account monthly again since September 2013, which means that my cancellation requests have been ignored. I request that I receive all my money back from Sep 2013 for this account as I cancelled it and there was commited by Vodacom on my account.
