Upon receiving a call on 14/11/2013 from Teekai Andrews, I was informed that I was especially picked for a Vodacom contract which consisted of 2 cellphones, a hallmark voucher and 135topup contract. This seemed like good deal as I was assured that I would get 2 cellphones and not one for R135 A MONTH, I agreed to take the contract. On arrival of this package to my dissatisfaction the delivery company RAM delivered this package at 19:00 on 21/11/2013 and to my horror when I opened up my package there was only one cellphone. The following day I laid a dispute with Vodacom to this day I have no response on where my 2nd phone is. After much thought on the Sunday 24/11/2013 i decided to cancel the contract. I was told that the phone needs to be collected to process the cancellation. Yesterday 03/12/13 I called to find out when it would be picked up by RAM I was TOLD by Mampia the assistant that the contract was not put forward to be cancelled after numerous call i had made during last week to inquire to which Vodacom has no record of. I am disgusted with the service Vodacom has given me as I have been pushed from pillar to post to cancel this contract and I still have the phone with me.
