Good day i have two contracts with vodacom 0792489715, 0792849749.
which expired March 2013, the money for this contracts are still debited from my account even after the contract has expired, i was called by an agent to ask if i would like to upgrade and i said no the contract needs to be cancelled this was not done i also e-mailed customer care to ask why i am still being billed no response received now according to the consumer commission, a customer goes into a contract for a certain amount of time . you have no right to bill me for something that has expired in March already. the contract needs to be cancelled from initial date 25/03/2013 and the money that has been wrongfully debited from my account needs to be refunded.
