I was called and offered a samsung galaxy S4 as was at the end of my 24 month contract. i had asked all the details i needed to know and the most important one was to findout when the payment changes will take place and was informed that it will be effective from the end of October when the contract has changed over. i further asked that at the end of the September my contract will be same and it was confirmed yet now the charges went up and i got surprise charges, no statement did i receive, called the contact centre and was informed of the charges breakdown and the was charged for a phone which i haven't used till to date as awaiting number to migrate over. the consultant assisting advised about a logging a complaint which would be sorted with 24 hours yet i got a lousy sms telling me about a lady dealing with my query and that was on Thursday. no word from them to date still awaiting a response. i've been with vodacom for the longest time and they cannot treat client with loyalty. Ive been upgrading with them and have two contracts which i never miss any payments. so hurt and angry at the treatment and being overcharged, left in the dark.
