Sales Agent misinformed me about my contact

I have 2 contracts with Vodacom. A Blackberry and Galaxy tab. Since inception my D/O has been a fixed fee of 426.49 monthly. The D/O which came off in Jan 2013 was R1009.87! When I queried this the CC agent advised me that I went over my 2GB bundle (Galaxy tab) I was charged for usage over and above. I told him this should not be the case because I specifically applied for a fixed contract. When I asked Zac Cottle (Sales agent) to confirm whether this is all I would pay each month, he confirmed that there would be no additional charges. At no point did he say that I have an open contract. I am disputing any additional charges that has been debited from my account in Jan 2013 because it contradicts the agreement/deal between myself and Vodacom. I refer you to the customer protection act. I hardly use the internet. If you look at my history you'll notice that I've been paying a set amount every month since inception. If I was informed about the "Open contract" I would have applied a limit immediately because I don't do open contracts. This is how I have managed my account with Vodacom over the years.
