Extremelly Poor Service by Vodacom Metro Lifestyle

I would like to report extreme poor service delivery by Vodacom shop at Metro Lifestyle vodarworld. I bought an HTC One from the Shop, the phone was an Out of Box Failure. Its now approaching three weeks, I have been without a phone. I have been promised several delivery dates, which were not honored.

To add to that The Manager Irshaad Rahimtola, sent me an email from his gmail account when I asked him about feedaback on the delivery. He was very rude when I spoke to him and he still cannot gaurantee the delivery date of my HTC One.

Now I will be paying for something I do not have. I wish I had kept my prepaid and not taken a vodacom contract!!!
