Wrong charges again and incompetence. ripped of!

Vodacom has done it again and it is really frustrating that its not months since the last incident yet they continue to provide long standing clients with bad service. im charged for data and i had called to findout about the data and told the night owl data time is from 00;01 till 06:00 by a consultant called Phila whom also stayed on the line and i could not rate the service after the call which was made on the 18/11/2013. so on the 20/11/2013 i had used the data and got messages that the line would be suspended yet i was reassured of the times as i didnt want to be running high bills. now im wrongfully charges and yet again had to increase the limit just to have the phone reactivated. logged a complaint on that wednesday and no one from vodacom has gotten back to me and its been over 72 hours. ive been with vodacom for many years and right now cant wait for the contract to end and leave the network as im constantly having to call and ask to know about charges and usage and request for insurance for this which should just be provided. very disappointed in such a network which ive loved for so long and they cant appreciate their loyal clients. i need some compensation for this
