I have been charged for a once -off data bundle that i did not purchase, as well as an additional R900 for data. I only used a few MB's out of 3GB for the month of May so it does not make sense that i would use additional data or buy a bundle.

I visited the Vodacom Customer Care shop at Canal Walk on Saturday the 27th of April with regards to a query on my 3G data account. The lady at the counter could not explain this to me and thus the case was sent to the advanced data support team for an audit to be done - the call centre would contact me with in 14 days.

I missed the phone call from Vodacom (Allister Klein), it is impossible to calI them back (the number does not exist) and i have now received an sms saying that they have "resolved the case and believe that their charges are correct".

I expect Vodacom to provide me a detailed breakdown of the additional data charges (how R900 of data is used when i still have data on my 3 GB bundle left) and at what date and time i purchased the "data bundle" that i am being charged for before they can close the case.

I look forward to their response.
