I have had a contract which I took out for my younger sister, she unfortunately lost her phone about a year and a half ago and we didn't cancel the contact but we've still be paying for the account... initially the subscription was R69 pm and I see MTN decided to increase my subscription to R100 without my consent... why is that??? secondly... I tried upgrading online and it tells me that I'm not eligible for an upgrade... why is that??? if the contract cannot be upgraded then you might as well cancel the contract...
