Account upgraded without my consent?

My Vodacom account has been upgraded without my consent, I started receiving text msgs on my cell that my upgrade quotation has been generated, and your upgrade request has been processed, and your contract has been extended should you have queries please call 0821959.

I called that number in order to cancel this upgrade (I was told to sent Vodacom an affidavit stating that I did not do the upgrade to 0860 082 082 which I duly did, but still yesterday they sent me a msgs that my"new" cellphone will be delivered soon. Again I contacted vodacom and they said the phone will be delivered to 12 davies road, Germiston??? I do not even reside in Germiston. (How can they upgrade my contract without a copy of my ID or anything?

They again said they would cancel this upgrade and phone me back... quess what... they never called
