This is now my second bad experience with MTN.

First I upgraded my Mom's phone online. She was charged for the upgrade, paying the higher subscription and contract was extended... but Never received the new handset?
So its been months of following up and trying to resolve but no one can produce the new signed contract or proof of delivery!! Instead I just get the run around.

So when it came time for my upgrade I decided to rather go to them directly. I am out of contract and want to port my number and take out a new contract...
After several visits, emails, sms... 3 weeks later and its still not done!!!

Seems it CAN be that difficult when dealing with MTN!!
