My contract was due for an upgrade in Oct 2013, but I decided that I want to cancel, so in November I called vodacom to cancel the contract, instead I was told that I had already upgraded the contract. it was an online upgrade that was done, yet I was unaware of this. vodacom asked me to send through an affidavit stating that i did not request the upgrade which i then did and sent through, to date i had absolute no response from vodacom, although i have been chasing, i have had no luck to date. i was told that there is a specific person working on the query, but no one can give me a name as to who i need to talk to. and my account keeps getting debited for amounts of money and still i await vodacoms assistance on this matte
