Duplicate contact on promised top up

I got a call from Vodacom to say that i was using more than my talk 120 and that i should upgrade my existing contract to a top up 315. I was assured that it would not affect my current 2 year contract that it was an upgrade to my existing contract. I received a free phone plus a new sim with a new number. After the end of the month on receiving my new contract i realised its an additional contract with a new number. when i was called i insisted that i didnt want a new 2 year contrcat with free minutes on a new number. I tried to cancel the contract and send the phone back but no onw will help me.
They are upgrading you with a 2nd contract and this is what i specifically asked not to have. I was happy to upgrade my existing contrcat.
Vodacom are recording yr call but when you insist that they listen to the call and get back to you the never do. Lots of empty promises and a 2nd contract i never wanted.
No manaher will call. They wont book a call the just keep transfering you to cancellations and they say im too late to cancel the contract.
Vodam. Beware what they say and what they sell you are two different things.
