Bad service since day 1!!!

I have a contract with MTN, and i am not happy with the level of service i receive at all.

Firstly i never get through to the shop when i try to phone.

Secondly i have a debit order that has to go of by the 1st of each month. Most months like this month again by the 11th they let me know that the debit order never went off.

Now my cellphone has been suspended because someone is not doing their job.

I am trying to get this sorter out, but as usual i can not get through to the numbers i have.

This is unacceptable and i am one very unhappy client.
